I can't recommend this app in good faith to other sellers.
Most of their items are supposed to ship within 4 business days however they often miss this deadline. This will result in your orders arriving late, which will result in upset customers and will negatively impact your business.

Gooten is not a company you should trust with your store's reputation as they will inevitably damage it. They have poor customer service that isn't proactive, doesn't take accountability and consistently makes excuses about late orders.

I've gone as far as to reach out directly to their CEO Brian Rainey and CTO/Co-founder Micah Smith about my problems but did not get any response.

I'm so glad I found Gooten! I was using Printify and had many issues with them. Creating my items in Gooten has been really straight forward. Thanks!

Gooten was an absolute game changer for my business. We were using a well known competitor for many months but product prices were too high and customer support was not nearly as good as we needed. That's when we luckily found Gooten and overnight we double our margins on our products (apparel and art). Since then Gooten has printed over 300 items for us WITHOUT 1 issue and customer service has been outstanding!

They also have tons of unique products which makes it really easy to try different products for your niche to see what sticks.

I highly encourage any entrepreneur that is looking to partner with a manufacturer for printing/fulfillment to take a serious look at Gooten because in my opinion they are the best player out there.

Since I added Gooten products to my Shopify store, veiwa increased. customization easy process and customers use their own designs. Orders are delivered on time. I love it.

The app integrates seamlessly to your website and couldn't be easier to use. I use Gooten for print on demand photography prints. The products have been great and service is quick.

I've used the app so far for the accessory pouches, scarves, weekender totes & wrapped canvases. I think all the products mentioned above except for the scarf has pretty good base & printing quality. My designs & artwork colors are well represented on the products. I would like to grow my scarf business significantly but don't feel the base fabric they use scarves is fashionable, or comfortable for wearing, it is very transparent so designs created print out with a more "transparent look". Would love if they keep the sizes of scarves offered but offer more "opaque" based fabrics like cotton, satin, crepe etc. so design artwork can really pop like it does on most scarves from other manufacturers.GREAT customer service-they usually get back to you within 24 hours, REALLY appreciate that. Definitely recommended.

Zero customer service. Try googling a number to call, try finding it on their site....You won't be able to find it. Want to submit a help ticket? Great, they will avoid responding until the problem remedied itself, ex. missing package, pending product...Don't get me wrong their prices are competitive but their customer help is less than useless. I've submitted 3 help tickets over the last 10 days, and haven't heard back from a single one. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

All my customers love the can coolers from gooten! Highly recommend this POD service for those hard to find products!

They have good prices for print on demand and customer support was quick to respond about questions. I haven't gotten a sample product yet so I'll update this once I get it to show the experience of ordering and quality of their prints.
