Growave is fantastic and we installed it because it is so much more than a loyalty app! It's super easy to use and whenever you feel suck the customer service is phenomenal. Tina and Tattu are our go to most of the time and they are brilliant... Everyone is honestly! So nice as well to recognise who it is you're talking to, really feels like they are taking good care of you. We are recommending this app far and wide. Waiting on some cool new integration too which is a bonus!

I use the free version of the app for my personal shopify site and use a paid version the webstore where I work. Worth every penny. Great support and a fully functional app that does a lot more under the hood than the page would suggest. I have been very happy with this app and the support team I have interacted with (Nurila was really helpful).

I highly recommend this app.

Update: they eventually come back to me with the refund.

Update: they tried to show that they care and get back to me quickly at the beginning and promise a refund and simply disappear after we try to confirm the refund details. We uninstall the app multiple time and somehow it keeps installing itself and we are still being charged!!!

The reason that we decide to use a different app is that their app breaks our customer experience always every time when there is an update since we did customization to it to align our website style.

Review last time:
We have uninstalled and stopped using it for a long time and just noticed that they are still billing us each month.

Reached out for a refund and will update the results here.

Klays Is the best man!

let alone how awesome this app is, their customer support is awesome!

I have couple issues about theme issues and install this app with correct designs.

Kalys and their developers went wayyyyyy above and beyound for me, not only fixed everything but basically redesigned the theme for me. Both on desktop and mobile.

All and all, I appreciate their help and recommend this app for everyone
