I have been using this app for about 6 months, and I strongly recommend this app!
It is free just as advertised and looks great on our website after setting everything us. The 2 things that I got with this app. that I was not able to get with others are:
1) There is a search bar located on the top of the page
2) There is a contact us button at the bottom of the page.
I have not had ANY problems in all the time I have had this app.
A really good free app that provides simple steps to establish an important and trustworthy page make customers happy and decrease the workload to deal with repetitive questions from customers.
I am new to Shopify and setting up websites. This app is so easy and offers a template that is able to be edited to conform to your business.
Love the look for the Help Center. Even the support team that's very quick to help with any design issues!

Our company uses HelpCenter for our store's FAQ page. Their app is very easy to use and it looks very professional! We've never had any issues with the app, and it meets all of our FAQ page needs. I used this app to create my FAQ page. I had a couple of special changes I wanted to make but was having some trouble getting it to look right on my store, so I sent the developers a quick email. They responded really fast and easily solved all of my questions. Definitely 5 star service!
