Fantastic app and fantastic support. The app is a game changer with all the automation and ease of use for my CS people. Support is great particularly during COVID time with good support to clients.

It's the only Help Desk that I need! Good thing I found them first. I didn't need to look for an alternative.

Infinitely better than Zendesk. Gorgias' automation is far more intelligent and truly allows you to cover all communication, turning your CS efforts into a real revenue-generating channel.
