WOW! When we rebuilt our website the developer strongly suggested that we switch our customer support and communication to Gorgias. Am I ever glad they did. App is awesome, it saves so much time on customer service as it automatically gets order info from their email. You have templates. Customer service takes 4-5 times less time. Before I used Zoho and had to switch between zoho, aliexpress, shopify, shopified app. Customer support is great and they reply really fast. I recommend the app!

Service was quick and was able to get this issue solved promptly! It was nice that they provided photos, but I did notice that their settings looked different from ours, so that did make it a little confusing since we did not have the same options available. However, they were still able to get us to the right spot.

they say on the highest plan they will have someone dedicated to your account and that's a bologna , getting someone to get us up and running and help us design the campaigns is a task, we are still waiting for that dedicated rep who was supposed to help us 2 months ago. Software is good but promises are a joke.
