So far so good! The customers seem to be enjoying being able to contact us directly from the site. It's also great that there are built in automations that the customer can use when we're not online.
The app works well
the inbox system works well, not always connecting via safari but works faultlessly on chrome. great product .
I like being able to chat with customers about my product assortment and answer any questions they may have.

Genius! Being able to immediately answer someone's question (and then see that they subsequently purchased) because you are able to help them by answering and understanding any questions they had in real-time.
Very useful app. Please add a feature to mark multiple conversations as complete at the same time. Keep it up.
So far so good. At first I had the Messenger App installed so there was conflict but I turned that off and now have this on and things working well.

Glad things have been good so far! We heard that there can be confusion setting up Facebook Messenger to work with Ping. Our developers have taken feedback and are currently working on making the Facebook Messenger integration with Ping smoother process. Although I don't have a specific release date, you can keep an eye out for this update to happen in Spring 2021.

I like how I can access my stores chat on the computer or on my phone. It helps me run my own CS without hiring someone, because I can literally engage with my customers from any point in my life.
Very easy to use. I really love the notifications and it has an easy integration with our store!!!!!
