I have been enjoying the service and syncs quite well with my instagram and facebook shop. I have not had any problem with it.

Search function is desperately needed for looking back old conversation. or letting us to rename the conversation will be great.

Easy to install, no hassle and simple design.
Some customization options are always welcome, for example i would like to be able to show my webshop logo as a profile picture.

I have been using this for the past month or so. I haven't had a lot of traffic, but the few interactions have been helpful and and some have led to sales from "unsure" customers.
Notifications are timely and easy to address on my phone or the computer. The auto-answers option is awesome.
