I use this app to interact with customers. I like that it provides away to use quick responses. I do not like that I can not tell if it active. Meaning, my store says that I can not use another because of this one although I have followed all of the steps. It would be better if their was a active button that made it immediately available.

I would give it 5 stars but for the fact, if a person leaves an email you cant copy and paste it into the email from the top of the app. If a person types their email into the conversation then pressing this does in fact open the email app so you can email. It's a little annoying.

good and easy, simple to install and desktop version also available. It can be installed on any mobile device too

Simple to set up, simple to use. Love the automated messages I set up for my customers. I love that it's free and don't have to pay additional monthly. It's fast.

App is functional, but is very limited in appearance. Don't make the chat function pop up in a massive box every time someone visits the store. It should be a small icon that expands. Also, add the ability to collapse the space where the instant answer questions go when I do not want to use them. I uninstalled and will check again in the future.

This app can´t be costumizable for our store, there is no desktop version in order to manage the chats and we can choose where we want the widget. There are better chat apps.

Just recently started using the chat feature, I like how its fast and efficient way to connect with customers whereas they were sending us emails. Easier to communicate via a real time chat.
