Good tool to chat to customers. I wish there was better spam blocking and filtering of people offering marketing services—super irritating. Otherwise, great.

Really nice integration! It would be great if on the mobile version the chat with us icon is smaller or can be removed everywhere but on some pages if the customer deletes it. e.g.: it is annoying on a product page when you want to look at the product images and it covers some functionality. otherwise great features

It's an okay start, but the browser based functionality is where we need to be.
As it stands, you can't even set a conversation to closed from a browser.
Piping everything thorough a phone app means you're forcing a company to use someone's personal device to monitor messages, rather than having a team take care of it.

Although the app functionality seem limited at this time for our Web users (shopifyping.com), we are working releasing all features, message management, across all platforms (iOS, Android and Web) throughout the year. The chat constantly disappears from the store page and the list of applications. I never started using it

除了打开速度较慢,其他的挺不错的, 方便沟通,内嵌简洁。如果商店一直保持在线的话是非常便利的软件,可以快速响应客户信息。但是不在线的话,也会有邮件告知有客户来信息,但是无法查看到信息的具体内容,需要重新登陆并查看,这一点不太便利。
