I love this app, adding a chat feature button really helps our customers make the right decision when checking out, or if they have quick questions, that way they don't need to send emails to us, and if they do send an email, it will take them off our website.

SO far so good! I was reluctant due to the rating but decided after much thought to give it a try. Its is straightforward layout and easy to manage. I am loving the integration with Apple.

Awesome entry level chat, for startups. Would love to have features like changing the name of the sender (me) to anything I want without changing the main options like the shop name etc. But overall very good, and free. Could not ask for more

I'm sent in an endless loop of account verification when I try to see our inbox messages, sometimes that app gives prompts in German and Spanish (when we are only set to English). There is no way to see the messages. No idea how to use this app.

The app is great! Very user-friendly, easy to manage, super helpful data like the page the customer is looking at, customer profile, order history, items in cart, etc.
