It works great from the first moment i installed it.
Customers really like immediate chats.
For us it is a great tool to just give that little bit extra.

Getting notifications but they are silent. Any chance of adding sound with reminders? How about a pop too.

We switched from another chat app and this one is far superior. It is integrated with orders and pulls up the customer history in the sidebar which is so helpful. I like the quick replies as well. Being able to reply on a mobile phone or laptop is also a plus.
