So far, Intuitive Shipping really delivers. I'm extremely pleased with how responsive / knowledgeable the customer service team is (thanks Paul!). We went from test mode to live today and had a little issue with rate blending that Paul solved in a heartbeat. The app is robust and does what it says, with a user-friendly interface. I cannot say I'm looking forward to launching markets and multi-currency but I know there's a team to assist me in the process, and that alone is a win! Thanks again.

Worth every penny if you deal with unusual shipping scenarios, Paul was extremely helpful getting us set up how we needed, going above and beyond to make sure we didn't make any compromises.

You wont find a better shipping calculator. The setup might be a little hard to get into, but if you need any help just ask them. I was really stuck on one problem, sent an email, explained what i wanted, and the went into my inuitive acct and set up the basics so all i had to do was duplicate for different countries and shipping rates.
They are super friendly, problem solvers and helpfull.

Look no futher than Intuitive shipping

Overall the App is quite easy to use. My only complaint is that it is a little tough to get accurate shipping quotes when you're not using Shopify's shipping settings. It requires a bit of tinkering.

The best part is how responsive their team is to issues/said tinkering. They always get back to you quickly and they also are very helpful. So much so, that they're the ones following up with you to make sure that your issue is resolved if you go quiet.

The app seems to be working well. Best part is the wonderful and prompt customer service. Any time I have a question, they are super quick to respond and answer my questions or resolve an issue promptly.

While a little complex at first, once you have an understanding of Scenarios Intuitive Shipping is a really powerful tool to have a super flexible shipping rate system. The support team are quick and helpful. Overall a fantastic product.
