I just started setting up the app. I had a few issues, but these issues were quickly taken care of by the customer service team. My review is solely based on customer service. I will come back with another review upon using the app for awhile

I had a bunch of questions regarding how the app works and about setting up the loyalty Program, Wendy was quick with the responding and helped me to understand the use of the program a lot better.

Still waiting to set it up but i think it will work wonders!

Would have been great but all text was not translatable. Couldn't translate even in code. That's a shame since most of it could be translated. Edit: customer support helped to translate all.

I saw you already translated almost text in our app. However, there are some labels not supported yet but we are actually adding them fully this month. And also, we can implement the translation for your right now so that you do not need to wait for the update.
