Just downloaded this to try a new rewards program out for my small business. The online customer service was fantastic and the app itself is very self-explanatory! I can't wait to see where this takes my business!

I decided to add a Loyalty program to my store, and Joy had what I was looking for. The team (Jasmin ) was super friendly and helpful in helping remove the branding label.

Amazing app and does exactly what it says! Removing branding is almost instant with responsive live chat agents. My favorite thing is that during my chat with Liz she helped remove their branding from my website. She did so while having a normal and civil conversation with me. Afterwards she noticed while doing one last review of my website that my reward pop up and live chat pop up over lapped and just offered to move it to the left. She then just did it for me. Unlike other companies that tell you how to do something or send an FAQ link she actually took the initiative and effort to handle it for me. This is something I will always support 100%. A Month or Two later I thought of a feature that I would like to have within their platform that they do not offer. Yet again, Liz was there to help me submit a ticket and get my idea down on paper. Only being kind and curious the entire time as we laughed over no one having asked for the feature before. \(0_0)/ Never the less the was attentive to every detail and made sure my needs were met.

Could not ask for a better app with better staff.

I am not new to loyalty program. I had so much bad experience with previous app that it took me a long time to decide which one to move to as it might have been a case of moving from one sinking ship to another. However, the installation and transferring of data has been easy despite my earlier doubt. Thanks Hana and team for the lovely live chat that made my installation a breeze.
