Setting up the app is not super-easy, but the support is great. I am not tech savvy so it may be easier for other folks. I can't say how the app works yet since I just started using it.
After I install the judge.me plugin to my store, Im still confuse how to do the configurtaion, then Judge.me support named Ron offer me the support immediately. I'm blown away by their service. I couldn't be more satisfied with the technical support I received. The representative went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved promptly and effectively.
