Their customer support is excellent. Their chat support is great as all of their staff are very knowledgeable and I have never left feeling like I didn't have my issue resolved. They will stay on and walk you through the steps. Very much appreciate the support since we are small company and it helps to have the access.

Although Klaviyo has some nice features, there are better and more affordable options out there. I had yet even been able to use it before I got an email stating that I already used up my free plan and needed to update my pricing. When I checked what I would have to upgrade to, it showed almost $900. Klaviyo bases its billing on ALL contacts rather than actual subscribers. This is important as you cannot market email those who haven't subscribed, so this system of billing is extremely misleading. I quickly uninstalled. I have a very small business based out of my shed. This isn't a realistic for most stores on shopify.

Great integration with shopify! Very user friendly too. The only thing I would request is to be able to use the SMS functionality in Puerto Rico, USA.

Really appreciat all the support I've received from Klaviyo reps. A feature that would be helpful for users would be to automate turning on/off flows during sale periods so it doesn't have to be manually done at 12am.
