The best email ESP I've used over the past 8 years in this industry. The offering creates ease, and a strong ROI. But the support is also fast and satisfactory.

Took about 2 months to try and get Klaviyo to integrate with Shopify tags with lots of back and forth between support who weren't able to assist me properly, rather just sending me a link to an article. We were also overcharged for 3 months and still yet to receive our money back.
Set up with Omnisend and immediately the integrations of profile data, segmentation and shopify tags were there without me even paying for anything.
The best email marketing platforms around. There is a learning curve, but they have loads of resources. Whatever I ask if it can do-it's always a yes.

Its a large learning curve to become excellent at using, but i minor curve to get started and active. Klaviyo email flows brought in hundreds to my bottom line at a fraction of the cost for ads! I love it!
I have been using Klaviyo for about 2 years now and I can't express how much I have enjoyed using their platform. It's a super powerful tool that lets you customize your customer's journey and they have everything you could possibly need. There are so many automations you can build and their customer service is a 10/10, I love their chat support feature.
I was on Salesforce Marketing Cloud before this role, and having only played around with Klaviyo for a few days I can't believe how much capability it puts in the marketing teams' hands vs needing multiple partners and developers.
Would highly recommend. The customer service is so quick to respond and so helpful.
Cannot be more unsatisfied with the app I've been using for all my stores. They have been charging me amounts that has not been used, and once I decide to downgrade the plan for one store that has not been receiving traffic for 2 months, they remove all the premium features which I just paid few hours ago. Also they don't have any type of customer support (I should have as I paid for the whole month already, but as I decide to downgrade to free plan for the next month, they deactivated every premium feature). I don't understand how a company of this size can do this behaviors

Since we fired our agency due to underperformance and started using Klaviyo as designed we are seeing fabulous results and an uptick in revenue! I recommend that any e commerce vendor give it try and use with the assistance of a committed professional.
This app is producing sales for us. But need to learn to develop flow campaigns which can be a learning curve challenge. But if I can do it, you can do it.
