Definitely, the best customer service and the lady who helped me get it done everything was very gentle and willing fully do all the integrations my store needed,
I highly recommend this. They are polite and helps you get through all the lengthy task in single click and the best part is this App helped my store revenue to reach a new hike.

I used this app for my client's Shopify store and I was asking support If I can embed the app inside a grid. Mariadel was very helpful and informed me that it's not feasible for now. But they will consider this in the future. I appreciate that I get an accurate and honest answer. At least now I know the limitation on where the app can be placed inside the Shopify store.

Amazing customer support even with the free plan, I have never seen that fast and precise customer support. The loyalty rewards button disapeared from website for no reason, chatted them, Mariadel lady chatted back, she explained steps, and literally fixed in minutes. From the time of the first msg to the fix was 5 minutes.
I am amazed.
The app works perfectly and does it's job very well.

Very easy to setup. I contacted support and got instant assistance and more. Continued using the app and the flexibility and terms you can give to your potential reward members is of a great variety. I feel like a have a ton of control over what is and isn't allowed to be earned and redeemed. This really is a great app and thankfully it is free so that takes the cake
