Arguably the best returns solution available on Shopify today. We've been working with Loop for the last 3 years and the platform just keeps getting better and better, to the point where it feels like it's a native addition to Shopify (whom actually invested in a seed round with Loop 2 years ago). The amount of flexibility you have with regards to return outcomes, automations, rules, etc is unmatched and the customer success team (hey Laura!) is beyond insightful. Don't look further.

We started using a Loop because it was the only platform integrated with recharge, which was a big win. In addition, its user-friendly interface, streamlined workflows, customizable policies, automated documentation, and integration capabilities have made it easier for my team.

Loop has completely revamped the way that we look at our returns. It changed a previously lengthy process into one that is seamless and now generates additional revenue. The setup process was easy enough for me to do alone as they had a very hands on team assisting me with that. The constant roll out of new features and clear communication from the Loop team has been A+. 10/10 would recommend.

We've been a Loop customer for over 2 years now, having switched from a very basic returns software. We really appreciate the automation of the platform, and the optionality it gives our customers to fully customize their return outcomes. We love the advanced & instant exchanges, and can't wait to start better leveraging their workflows tech for further automations. The upsell feature in the returns portal is also a great add. Loop is also constantly adding new functionality - though we would love it if less of these features were hidden behind additional paywalls - since the software is quite expensive.
DO NOT USE THEM! We were with them for two years. They lock you into a year contract. You have to estimate how many returns and exchanges you'll have during the year. If you exceed your limit, you have to pay them $3 per return / exchange you go over. If your company grows, so will your returns, which means Loop will cost you more money. They're a bad option for both small and large companies.
After the first year, they were going to charge us around $13,000 unless we renewed our contract with them. We had to pay them around $9,500 at the end of our second year contract for going over because we grew faster than expected.
Competitors are getting better and they're way cheaper. Plus most competitors don't lock you into annual contracts. It is well worth the time doing some demos with other companies and accessing their overall value. Unless Loop adjusts their contractual and pricing structure, I don't see how they can be competitive.
Also, when there were glitches in their software, their customer support was awful. My advice is save your money and shop around because there are definitely better options.

We moved to LOOP and immediately saw how much our customers enjoyed the ease of the entire white glove experience with its user-friendly, no-hassle platform as it gives them an efficient, no-hassle way to process exchanges and returns. Best of all is the detailed analytics that allow us to closely monitor returns and exchanges data. As a result, we have seen increased savings and lower return rates.

Horrible customer service and completely overpriced. App is missing a ton of critical features. I used it for over a year, willing to over pay. When I insisted to cancel, guess what they kept on billing me. Dess said she would let me know, bill came in anyway. I do not want your service stop forcing it on my company. Shop around the Shopify App Store lots of better cheaper solutions.
I was having difficulty logging into the app, and after two days of back-and-forth emails, Emma Pennington handled the situation with the utmost patience. Thanks to her dedication and support, she was able to get me up and running again. I truly appreciate her help!
