When it comes to features, ease of integration, app compatibility, and upsell opportunity, Loop is a superior option. They're often adding new features which is great. One feature I'd suggest for them to improve though is a live chat or better technical support. Most recently, we did have excellent support from Wendy, the Merchant Success Manager, however the majority of my experience with Loop post onboarding has been through a ticketing system that sends self help links with limited information for us to navigate with confidence so I hope more enhancements are added in that area.

We've been using Loop for almost 3 years. They cover most, if not all, options we would ever need for our store. Their "Shop Now" and "Instant Exchange" features are awesome. It was an easy initial set up and very low maintenance upkeep. Our Merchant Success Manager, Jackie, is amazing. Jackie is friendly, helpful, and gets to the bottom of any questions we ask. The ability to offer our customers a bonus credit towards a new order or their Store Credit refund, has been a game changer. Our partnership has been great!

Best-in-class returns solution for Shopify stores. A little bit pricey but worth it if you're serious about optimising customer experience!

We have been a long term client with Loop for close to 3 years and very happy with the platform. The experience is excellent and they are continuously releasing updates to improve this for both client & customer. The support level from the Loop team has been outstanding with regular business reviews to uncover opportunities & highlight performance vs industry averages. We love the analytics feature that enables our team to realize revenue impacts and provide data insights into return reasons.

Loop definitely helped us level-up our Returns Process across our two brands and six stores. Having a streamlined process that is largely automated has saved us so much time and resources. Onboarding and ongoing support has been incredibly handy. Glad we jumped on board.

Loop is a great and user-friendly program to work with. Our account manager is quick to reply and listen to our wants and needs for future developments. We are happy to have this program to work with and it definitely makes our return process easier.

I could not test the app, because an onboarding call is mandatory. I don't need an onboarding call. It's a waste of time. Make it optional and not mandatory.

Our experience with Loop has been top-flight -- the platform is accessible, easy to navigate, & quite streamlined.

Our returns processing has become second nature with the support of Loop, and their team has been steadfast in their transparent desire to innovate for & aid the brands that they work alongside.

We use Loop to the fullest capacity & value having the intuitive interface and compassionate crew stitched into the fabric of our business.

We have been using Loop for the past couple years. The usability of Loop is one of the best things about it. Their interface makes sense and they have improved upon their options even more over the years. When issues do arise, our representative, Remi, and the support staff are quick to look into it and provide guidance or resolution. Loop helps us gain valuable insights on our customer return patterns that we were previously missing.

I can't say enough positive things about the Loop Return platform, it integrates seamlessly with Shopify, has several pre-built 3rd party integrations, and importantly enough the user experience of the platform is super simple for our entire CX team. Beyond the platform itself, the team at Loop is top-notch! Everyone we've encountered and worked with has been amazing and super helpful. Our account team at Loop always goes the distance (and sometimes beyond!) for us and they are always ready and more than willing to jump into and understand the details of our business processes to ensure that our customers are always having the best possible return experience every step of the way! We consider the Loop team as a true extension of our team here at Princess Polly.
