This App is really great, it has certainly increased my conversions. Their support team is simply awesome, they answer your concerns very fast and always there to help whenever needed. I recently dealt with Chester and he was quite efficient in getting back to me about my concerns and was eager to offer additional help if needed. This is so far my favorite app in the app store.

I needed to sync reviews from one product to another, I sent Loox a message, and within 10 minutes the problem was fixed.

Could be cheaper though, specially for more advanced plans which gives you some basic stuff like customizing review request titles and logos.
