Awesome App
I just started using this app. It sends out automatic requests for reviews or allows me to manually request reviews. It also added a review section to every product page. Loox allows for photo customer review even at its most basic level which didn't seem to be an option with the other apps that I considered. It would be great if customers could submit more than one photo. Maybe this is available in upgraded subscription levels? I'm still learning about Loox but so far I'm off to a good start.
I've really enjoyed the app. The communication with the support team is quick and efficient, so that's a bonus. I like how user friendly the app not just for us but for our customers as well. I look forward to trying out more features in the future.

Killer support! Jemuel jumped in and helped us implement Loox perfectly into the site within hours of my request. I was surprised how fast he was able to fix the cosmetic issues with Loox. I can't recommend Loox strongly enough to Shopify merchants.

I have just started to use this app and so far so good. I needed some help to add the codes to my Shopify Theme. Loox support team was very helpful and they installed the codes for me very quickly.
