LOOX is excellent, You can easily manage your Customer product feedback and there is also the facility to post feedback from other sources (like Facebook, etc). This social proof app is boosting our sales and we wouldn't be without it in our Store.
Plenty of good functionality whilst also not being overly complicated. Easy to install as well and customer service has been helpful when required.
