Well - it does work. People do respond to the review request emails and the upsell emails. I hope that people will continue to respond to the review requests and upsell emails because in my industry reviews are extremely important. I have gone through quite a few review apps in search of something that works. The only hard thing to do is to get the Loox review information onto my site. I had to hire someone to do this.
Works great and has an easy and intuitive workflow. We also like the pictures/video testimonials which this app offers.
Okay this is the best app. Seriously I have 20 shopify apps installed and this one is by far my favorite.
