I love this App. It helps me a lot but outreaching to customers on my company’s behalf to secure ratings which is valuable to my website and new potential customers. I am also able to get prompt support from this company when I have a concern. Jemel responded to me immediately and was able to fix my concern expeditiously. Loox is a game changer! Customers don't just have to take my word for it, they can read what others are saying about my product right on the product page! The way the reviews pop-up and scroll-on makes them impossible to miss. Prospective customers don't even have to go searching for reviews. It's right in their face so to speak. Lol!
