Jodel from the Loox support team really help a sister out. My web designer went MIA on me, and I don't know anything about the back end of my website. I have been struggling with my reviews showing, and Jodel not only helped me, but she also logged into my account; of course, I had to add her as an account user, and I gave her account permission, and she did it for me. I am beyond thankful because reviews are very necessary and important as a fairly new small business owner. Now all my reviews from Shopify and loox are combined and migrated, showing up on my website. Wooohhooooo. Happy Customer
