I am really happy with the customer support and the functionalities of the app. I think that a good support does a lot for the overall experience which results in me having a great time with Loox so far and I would definitely recommend it further! Good app and hoping I can generate organic traffic from reviews on my store using LOOX. So far so good, easy to use app.
We are new to LOOX, but so far the interface seems both intuitive and streamlined. I had one question about generating a test review, and the LOOX Support Team was able to guide me successfully.
Finally able to get customers to review and submit pictures with their reviews. Loox has been fantastic and very easy to use!

This is a great feature to add to your store! We have received so many great reviews and images of happy customers. The only thing we wish they had was a feature for the generated discounts to apply to specific products. We have to go in each time a discount is created and manually apply the specific products.
