We have been using Loox for a fairly short time at Real Irish, but even in that short time Look has been effective for us. It's important to have actual customer reviews of products and even better when they send in their pictures which are worth a thousand words.

I had a small issue with uploading reviews from another reviews app, but my issue was quickly solved by Lilach.
