I cancelled the app on my store but it still charged my credit card after cancellation. They made it so hard the cancellation process.

It might be that an app charge is already included in an invoice before the app is removed and hence still appears after it is uninstalled.

Great app that does a lot for you in the background. Wouldn't wanna run the store without it. Excellent and fast customer support as well!
I have had this app for almost a year and it's been one of the most important apps I have. They always answer questions quickly and they have so many ways to customize the app. This is the original best review app and the main reason why stores choose to get other review apps is because they don't want to make the small investment with Loox or because they want to have a design that looks different from Loox. Although Loox just updated their app with a new appearance you can choose from so now you can even differentiate yourself more within their app. I hope they continue to add different appearances of how the reviews display.
Even in basic features this app offers as much as it could for its price. For now we are waiting for the sales, hope it will affect our conversion rate.
Best ratings app on shopify hands down. I'd never use any other ratings app after using this one. You need this!
