Amazing App and awesome Support! We are switching from eBay app to Codisto, as eBay app has shut down. Codisto is a surprisingly simpler yet feature rich tool! During migration, we had a lot of clarifications, and doubts. Joy V worked with us, and helped us in every step of this transition, and ensured our marketplace listings are as per our expectation. Couldn't ask for more from any application support!
Would highly recommend Codisto app to anyone looking to list their products in supported marketplaces.
I am quite inept when it comes to anything with a computer. I needed to verify that my Shopify store and Amazon store were in sync. I usually LOATHE live chats...but on this particular occasion,. Jason D was a pleasant surprise. He was polite, direct and efficient and I had my answer in 10 min. It probably would have been closer to 3 minutes if I were as efficient on getting him the answers he needed!

Absolutely No Support. App is not functioning and they won't work to find out why. Please see the following 'support":

They are very very helpful and knows what they are doing.
Nothing but problems. Over a week and still nothing back from support on my issues with Walmart. There is clearly something wrong and with no visibility to logs it is near impossible to troubleshoot. Every answer back is check with Walmart or looks good on our side when there are clear problems. Setting up new API calls generates duplicate orders in codisto which clutter up the order page and make it near impossible to use the product. Nobody will reach out to fix the product.
Still waiting for a fix for walmart pre-owned condition. I have to setup walmart by hand and totally bypass the app to keep video games in sync. Walmart has come out with a new spec but this does not seem to be implemented on the app. It is really disappointing to say the least 5 months and no resolution at all.
7-21-2024 Update: Still not working for Walmart.

Great app. I ran into some issues listing new products on Amazon, but the chat support team was actually helpful and quick to resolve my problem. Highly recommended.
They are trying to improve all the time the level of communication.
In near future I am sure I can make my review 5 stars!
