I haven't used this app a lot yet, its still a fresh download, but so far I am impressed. It takes a little video of where your customers are going, and can lend insights into how your website is viewed by others. They're quick and easy to talk to for customer service too. So far so good.

App does everything it is supposed to. Comes with a free plan that covers your needs until sales really start to come through. On top of that, support is very helpful and answers quickly. Definitely recommend MIDA to other business owners.

If you want a Team of developers that does NOT reply fast, Does NOT take pride in their application, and an application that DOES NOT WORK... Then DO NOT GET THIS APP. Very intuitive and easy to use. I love that they offer a free version as my company is still growing but the reports are so useful. Customer support is also great.

Makes it really easy to track customer movement during their visit. Helps us find a lot of misplaced stuff and fix problems as we see it thru their eyes. Recommended.

I have been using the app for a while now, the customer service is great, and Jennie has been a great help. Also, I find the app very useful, especially being able to keep up with how customers are behaving, I recommend this app to anyone looking for more insight into their customer's behaviour.

Just started using the app and it is simple and straightforward. Works directly out of the box. Also excellent customer support from Chloe with personal approach and quick respons. You are amazing Chloe, highly recommended person.

Very nice addition would be an AI driven CRO specialist as feature, which gives advices based on the collected user behavior. So something to think about it would ...
