Excellent app - has a lot more functionality than Shopify Flow. Their team is really responsive and has gone above and beyond to create customized workflows for us.
This is an awesome plugin and support is very friendly and good. They helped us to setup some automations that any other plugin was capable of.
I asked the team for a custom workflow and within 24 hours (wasn't even a customer yet) they whipped it up. Upon importing the new workflow to our shopify store, it was all set up! This automation is saving us huge time and money and with Arigato it's been easy and smooth. Their support team is available and responds inside of a business day. Great app so far, and stellar customer service! They also walked me through a fairly sophistication notification set up. I had a chat open with their staff for a good 45 minutes and they were there throughout, stayed super on top of it, and were very patient with me (not the savviest tech-wise). Highly recommend them!
I'm really impressed with this app. It helped me automate a number of tasks which I couldn't do with Zapier, at a better price tag too. Highly recommend.
The metafield automations are not as easy to use as other apps which are a LOT cheaper (tag genie for example which is $5 a month).
The customer support team take ages to get back to you and now that I want to discontinue my account with them, there is no way to do it in the app, so I have to request this from them.
I would not recommend as cheaper, better and easier to use services are out there.
