Arigato is super easy to use and does exactly what we require! The team is very proactive at supporting and solving any queries we have. Would highly recommend!
It is a great app, and we have utilized it to completely change our workload, from auto discounting in-stock products to tagging based on sales numbers and updating meta fields.
also, I have been stuck on a couple of areas when creating complex flows, so reached out to their support and the team has been straight on it to create a custom flow that performs as intended.

Such a powerful integration. UX is great, features are great, customer support is great and knowledgable.
This did not meet our needs, so we canceled and uninstalled it. Unfortunately, they are still charging $50 per month for the canceled service.
It's impossible for us to charge you after you've uninstalled. Billing is entirely handled by Shopify. Shopify's system generated a charge before you uninstalled and the bill arrived later, after uninstalling. We have absolutely no control over how this works as this system is entirely controlled by Shopify. Please review Shopify's billing documentation for more information.
Per the documentation: "Make sure that you consider app billing cycles when you plan to uninstall an app. Recurring app charges are generated the first time an app charge is approved, and then on the first day of an app’s billing cycle. Because of this, a charge will appear on your bill even if you uninstall an app only a day or two after you install it."

Please direct any questions or complaints regarding Shopify's billing practices at Shopify directly. We are required to use the system, we don't get any say in how it works. Once you uninstall, we lose access to your store entirely. You reached out to us about this issue and we did the only thing we can do, which was to manually give a refund, which we did for you without hesitation. If there is anything else within our control that we can do to rectify this, just let us know, we'd be happy to do so.
Very powerful app and excellent support.
We're using the app to automatically tag orders with a custom attribute that we've added in the back-end in order to help us do order searches (an attribute we would not have otherwise been able to search) by that data. John Carbone from the Arigato team has been really helpful and quick to assist. Highly recommend!
it's been very helpful with adding some automated processes and it works flawlessly. Basically you can do anything and they provide great and fast support.
Responsive and helpful team, this tool is very powerful and will do things that Shopify Flow cannot even do!
The team is always innovating and comes up with new ways workflows.
I use it to get alerts for orders with PO box addresses, high risk orders, send alerts to customers when their orders take more than 7 days to prepare.
I combine the automatic tags with the free app Shopsync and Mailchimp to send very personalized emails follow ups.
I also use it to tag customers based on their spendings so they can use special discounts.
