I wrote an email asking how long it would take for them to complete the task. They responded very quickly and completed. Looks great on website, very happy
the app installed automatically but the website has instructions to install it. so i went thru the manual step of installing it just to find out I didn't need to do it. Anyway, Rony/support rep was very helpful in figuring out the issue.
Great app, and great customer service! I had a hard time installing it at first, but Bold Apps quickly helped me install the app and now it works great! Best is I can now accept multiple currencies and receive funds in multiple currencies. Robert assisted me with the setup and he was great! All in all, great app, great team!

The percentage feature is great. But at checkout, prices revert to your original currency and added percentage is gone. So what's the use of this app? It says it's free but won't function correctly if you dont install another one of their PAID app either. Customers won't be charged the converted rate at checkout.
I've been messaging them but no reply at all. They also don't have a live chat so you're never sure if your message went through and no replies either.

App is fine for a basic store. We installed it few weeks back and have emailed BOLD thrice to assist with a simple question which is - How to remove currency short name from the amount. It already shows the currency icon, and the short name makes it repetitive. We have not received any response in over 10 days now. My developer isnt able to get access or figure this so a helping hand would be appreciated.
