From initial engagement with Okendo through to finalised implementation and import, the team has been a pleasure to work with. Very easy, yet effective review app with outstanding customer service (compared to lots of other competitors!). We've been working with Okendo since almost 2 years and I can vouch for the team jumping on every support request within a heart beat. The app is very simple to implement and is an absolute non-brainer for improving your social proof. Very easy for customers to use as well, we love especially that we can integrate our loyalty system to incentivise customers for reviewing. 11/10 recommend!
