I recently request to chat with the Okendo team, Sheila specifically, as it was my first time with the review upload template. The team was so helpful and was able to look at my CSV for me to figure out what the issue was, send it back and successfully upload. Great support!!

Hands down the best reviews app on shopify right now. Recently they changed their pricing for the better and it's very affordable to start with now as well. The best reviews up we've used to date! These guys have built an incredible platform, and even their latest "Connect" product is awesome for creating surveys (we use them post-purchase to capture NPS).
On-boarding was an absolute breeze, and ongoing support has been nothing short of superb. Shoutout to Norma from the Customer Success team, she is an asset to the Okendo team!
