I switched over from a competitor review platform app and couldn't be more happy with the decision! Okendo is easy to use, customer service is FAST and tailored (unlike the competitor, who always had copy paste answers and solutions for us), and I love the interface and customization capabilities.

These help prospects decide if IQbuds2 MAX is for them. The fully supported implementation and fantastic 24x7 support makes this an easy 5 stars to give.
I recently request to chat with the Okendo team, Sheila specifically, as it was my first time with the review upload template. The team was so helpful and was able to look at my CSV for me to figure out what the issue was, send it back and successfully upload. Great support!!
