However, our app is designed specifically to display a tracking page on your store for your customers and to show order tracking statuses within our app. It’s not intended to sync delivery statuses to the Shopify Admin.

While this feature is not currently part of our app’s scope, we truly appreciate your suggestion and will pass it along to our development team to check further. We’re always looking for ways to improve and provide the best experience for our users.
