They're simply the best. While they're not as big in all the integrations as Klaviyo, they're still a lot more affordable, and for small brands, it's the perfect fit.
Great customer service! Couldn't actually believe how quickly the Omnisend support got back to me when I had a few queries recently. They responded via email and Kristina was so efficient and patient at helping me sort my problem. Within 15 minutes she had sorted out what I had been trying to figure out for ages. I've always found Omnisend support incredible. Even if they can't help - they are super kind and patient. No problem is too small. Luiz was particularly helpful today - and very patient with my questions.

Recently decided to move away from another email service provider that did not have as much e-commerce power. Email marketing (marketing in general) is not my strongest skill, so I was intimidated about moving into something like Omnisend. They've made it SO easy so far. Really impressed with the resources that walked me through not only HOW to do something, but why you need to. Service has also be prompt after running into a few issues. Looking forward to a long partnership together.
I have been quite nervous to use any apps as there are always different views. Yulia at Omnisend was extremely helpful and very kind even when the answer was sitting right in front of me. I have bee procrastinating for too long and am now Omnised will be the app for me.
