So far so good. Karine was amazing. I'm really just learning email mktg, but I was trying to add something to my signup form that I couldn't quite figure out. Karine went right to it, showed me what I needed and got me on my way.
Omnisend is a superb app. Incredibly flexible and complete. Their support is stellar! My account was hacked and Maria helped me gain control of it immediately. Definitely my favorite email marketing app and I've tried Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Privyy, Beehive, you name it. Easy to use and gets results everytime. Also their support team is amazing.
Great help from Beran on the chat support. Was having problem with getting the DNS records verified. I'm still testing out the app before I upgrade to paid plan, but things are looking good.
