UPDATE: No resolution has been reached, and the only pricing you offer is for the quantity of emails and messages sent. Very nice smoke and mirrors response.

Omnisend keeps increasing the price of our subscription, hoping we won't notice. Since we don't send out emails monthly, they now charge us $25 a month for sending zero emails. Additionally, we currently don't use their services; we just maintain our subscription to collect emails.

Additionally, we placed a hold on the card we were using until we could contact Omnisend. However, we were required to pay our invoice before being able to contact support. This is extremely poor service and reflects the platform's prioritization of greed over customer care.

To clarify, our billing system calculates the number of subscribers and non-subscribers in your audience each billing cycle, which determines your price tier. As your audience size has increased, the subscription cost has also increased accordingly.

Your account remains active with Omnisend, which is why you continue to incur charges. If you no longer wish to be billed, please ensure you cancel your subscription.

I was encountering some issues with the domain set up and Omisend team Dilara and Eduarda are amazing and very dedicated to help me out. The issue i was facing has something to do with Godaddy which takes longer than expected to solve but both of them were supporting me the whole way with very clear instructions and patience. Highly recommended!

My favorite thing about his app is the excellent customer support. The OS staff is very knowledgeable and works tirelessly day and night to answer my random and technical questions - all with an amazing attitude of service. I looked at several email marketing apps and decided that Omnisend had the most features for the price was the most user friendly of the ones I looked at in my opinion. That was really important to me as is what kind of support the company offers. I recently needed some help with an issue I was having and Karine in support was both courteous and knowledgeable as well as patient. My computereze isn't that great but she managed to figure out what I was trying to explain to her and helped me fix it in no time. I would definitely recommend the Omnisend app.

Always quick to respond and easy to navigate but I find it pretty pricey for a small business, so don't send out as any emails as I'd like.
