I haven't been using the app continuously because i am just launching my store. But from all the features I've used so far, it was super easy to navigate. And any questions that I had, i used the chat feature, which was really helpful! Great customer service.

Omnisend is the best email marketing + pop-up creator in the Shopify App Store. It has much more editing/customization features than most.
I really loved it, the support is kindy and efficient. The emails work properly. The only problem is that the test period is short, has ended and now many automation are not working anymore, and i have to pay to use most of it.

I just installed and so far so good! Much easier than Mail Chimp! And the emails look great with a lot of customization. The only thing I have to say is that I can't tell what features will be gone once the 14 day free trial is over. I will update once I find out!
