Big fan of Omnisend. They've grown up quite fast and offer enterprise level features with ease. I've set up my flows and designed beautiful emails in just a matter of days. It used to take ages on Klaviy.
I was so worried hearing that we were losing MailChimp on Shopify!
But transferring to this app has not only been super easy but is SO much more user-friendly & has a FREE option.

I was searching for an app that enabled me to send out a newsletter. I adore the ability to modify themes, workflows, and even pop-ups. I'm still navigating the app so I'm not sure what is operator error or the app, but I've already created an initial welcome letter, a monthly newsletter, and a subscription pop-up. So far, so great!
