I recently had a terrible experience with this service. To make matters worse, they don't even have a phone number to call for help! When I tried to get assistance through their online chat, the operator was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I am extremely disappointed with this service and would not recommend it to anyone.

I couldn't be more happier that Mailchimp and Shopify severed their biz relationship...I probably wouldn't have ever discovered Omnisend.
I haven't gotten to use this app too much yet since my email list is still very small but after going through and checking out some of the features it seems like something I'm definitely interested in using.
I have set up a few emails already so that once I build my email list, I can just start sending. So far, Soundtest has made it very easy to simplify the creation of email newsletters through the use of a drag and drop system. No coding knowledge necessary!
I'm still learning to use the app, for now I'm very happy with the simplicity of it, very easy to understand and create anything. And I'm very happy with the support I've got from Kamilia really fast in the chat!
I like Omnisend. So why am I leaving a negative review? Because I had to temporarily remove my Omnisend subscription due to a Shopify payment issue, and Omnisend deleted my entire account, flows, campaigns, after 1 month. I missed the threatening emails they sent as they went to my junk box. I'm a huge customer of theirs (I'm a $500+/month subscriber) so I guess they didn't like me leaving. I'm on Klaviyo now as a result.
