Excellent tool for creating email marketing campaign and is easy to use. Highly recommend - 4 star rating is mostly because I never give 5 stars unless I am blown away. Not much blows me away though.

So far the app has been great. I have also reached out to support, and received the best support I've ever experienced. All my questions were answered within minutes by Baarath. Highly recommended.

Initial customer support was slow, and they passed me through a couple different people who didn't seem to know how to solve my problem, which was frustrating. Thankfully though, they put me in touch with Luiz, one of their tech support crew, who sat with me for an hour and helped me figure out the problem with my newsletter form. Give them a try!

Unfortunately terrible customer service. Have contacted them 5 times via email and chat with no reply. We build stores for a range of clients and need support across all of our clients email accounts. DO NOT USE - Klaviyo support is a million times more helpful. Although Klaviyo may be missing a few features we wanted for our clients, support is essential for any business and Omnisend has zero.
