OneLoyalty: Loyalty & Rewards

Rosie was a great help in getting my loyalty page added to my navigation options. She started out with sending me step by step screen shot and when I encountered an error message she willingly jumped right in and finished the process for me in less than 2 min.

So far, so good! I haven't used the app more than a few days, but so far the customer service has been great. There was an issue and they identified it right away. Now the app seems to be working and I can't wait to see how this helps my small business.

It's been several months that we've been using the OneLoyalty program and I must say, their customer support was great before they introduced new pricing plans and now it's gotten even better. I would highly recommend this app to anyone for their loyalty program.

We just installed the app and needed some clarification on how the points system works. Rean from chat support was very kind and answered all our questions quickly and professionally.

Shopify and it's apps integrations are all new for me. I was able to chat with support and get my program up and running. There was a small bug that needed to be addressed, their support team stayed with me until they fixed it. In the meanwhile, I was able to get all of my questions answered as well as gain a better understanding of the features.

its easy to manage things on here except for when you have a external checkout like shiprocket checkout.

This app works pretty well. However, they recently started charging for features that were free even after I had already set them up. I don't mind paying for a service, but I had already set up these features only to find that they no longer work unless I pay for them. I am looking for an alternative.

Great support. From customer feedback they were not happy with the placement of the button. Within 5 minutes the issue was resolved and moved for me. Great service
