Very useful tool for turning non-customers into contacts, who we can then target through our email list or bring back with special offers. Plenty of bells and whistles that we haven't even begun to test out yet which should prove even more helpful.

I used this app to help me create an upselling popup for returning customers who may have left products in their cart ! It is very qucik and easy to set up took me about 5 min and now I have an amazing upselling popup that recommends products customers have left in their carts when coming back to the store

The reason we looked at optimony was the ability to target international customers, as we do very well with out locla market, but we want to expand into the US and we had a more visitors to the site coming from the use than we had from New Zealand. We use optimonk to capture leads from the US and eventually sell to them. The targeting the right offer to the right market is key and optimonk is the only one that can really do this. its impressive to say the least.
I love this app. It is versatile, offers more options and customizations that any of the other banner apps and their support is awesome!

So far I think the pop-up works well on my website. The pop-up really works in helping me to received more customer data. Currently, I will received 1 new customer data in a day. So my email list has been started to build more and more now :)
