Rudolf and the team are absolutely brilliant. They helped straight away to solve an issue i was having. It was my poor understanding of how i set it up and they got what i was wanting to achieve and set everything up then tested it in realtime. Really great app, lots of features and multiple ways to promote/upsell. Really fantastic help too, the chatbot does actually have handy links but if you have further issues you can get through to a person. I have done this on multiple occasions and they're very helpful and patient!

OptiMonk has helped simplify collecting leads and making store announcements. I'm able to launch popups on multiple sites from one tool, then test conversion rates with split tests and continually optimize. I also add juice to sales by creating announcement popups, making sure visitors know there's a sale active no matter where they land.
