This is a great app, which allows a lot more than the standard, boring Shopify popups to help drive conversion.
The best thing we have found about OptiMonk is the service. Extremely responsive and friendly, and in our particular case they have worked with us to develop new functionality they can then pass onto other customers to improve their product. They have also set up campaigns where we can A/B test different options - including copy suggestions, and images. Frankly, they have been more of a partner than a software vendor.
These guys know how to build and support a product the right way. Highly recommend.

I used this app for getting mainly pop-ups and sales banners, it works very well. What is really remarkable is chat support. They solved my issue every time with very short-time requests. I recommend this App. What could be improved is the design editor. By that, I mean the content block should be easier to customize and drag on the position. This doesn't mean that current is bad, at all. It is a small improvement tip.
