Easy to create a popup form, and if you have any questions about the app, the customer service will be very helpful. This is by far one of the best customer services I have encountered.
It would be better if there were more embedded form templates.

Please note that we do offer embedded forms that can be 100% customized as per your needs. You can find them in the Template Library.
If you connect your OptiMonk campaign with one of our direct integrations like Klaviyo or Shopify Email, we can even forward data automatically to the email marketing system, so you can set up a flow straight away and send out an email to your new subscribers easily.

Was able to set up and run on our site by following the simple instructions and without any assistance. From what I can tell, it's boosted our conversion rate (saving potential lost sales) and we would not want to be without it!
This app and their website is suuuuperrr sleek and well done.. It was really easy to make a pop-up and to customize everything. This app made personalizing and making my website super fun and easy. Plus, it's FREE! My website looks so cute and is a fully fledged site with pop ups and it was super easy to do. Definitely recommend.

This app is very intuitive and can easily setup the popups. I Had a small issue but it has been solved very quickly by the customer support (shout-out to Anna). I higly recommend!
