After using several Exit Intent and Pops Apps we found OptiMonk to be the best for our Shopify store, nice integrations and all the features needed to convert those customers that were going to leave without purchasing...
We've been able to AB test our pop ups with good results. As a result we have been seeing way more subscribers. Defiantly worthwhile. More emails, more sale. Thanks Optimonk!
Like you ... I'm a busy shopify store owner. I juggle many hats. Taking time out to leave reviews is not even on my Ta-Da list. But I had to for this app. Our e-mail capture rate went from below 5% to above 20%. I'm just about to go and the vegas wheel to my cart page, for some reason it wasn't there previously. Cant way to see the improvement. Thank You Guys!
I used this app for getting mainly pop-ups and sales banners, it works very well. What is really remarkable is chat support. They solved my issue every time with very short-time requests. I recommend this App. What could be improved is the design editor. By that, I mean the content block should be easier to customize and drag on the position. This doesn't mean that current is bad, at all. It is a small improvement tip.

Using Optimonk has been a primary strategy to getting more email subscribers and they make it easy with proven prebuilt templates. I'm planning to have them create a custom template which they do for a small fee.
I used other similarly priced apps before for pop-ups and Optimonk is by far the best. Had a skype call that cleared up any questions I had, and it's been smooth sailing since.
Optimonk's customer service is super helpful. I needed help with setting up the dynamic banner and the Rep (Aniko) went above and beyond to show me the step-by-step instruction. Thanks for the amazing app and customer service! I would highly recommend this and keep up the great job!
